2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Note: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or via Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or clearance event.

  • Perishable goods or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized orders.
