3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please ensure that the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Important: Multiple refusals of COD orders may result in your account being blacklisted for future purchases.
5. Damages
Orveena is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
